Nick has enjoyed his career as an agent in both the industrial and office sectors since moving back to the North East in 1998. Prior to HTA Real Estate Nick was at DTZ for 13 years, the last 5 years as Director in the National Industrial and Logistics Team.
Simon is a Director of HTA Real Estate after joining from Jones Lang LaSalle where he was a Director responsible for the agency department within the Newcastle office. He has 30 years’ experience in the North East market, specialising in industrial and distribution property.
Dave is a Director working within the National Industrial & Logistics Agency department at the Leeds office of CBRE having previously worked at the Leeds offices of both Ryden and Sanderson Weatherall. He has 18 years experience in the industrial and logistics covering the North East and Yorkshire regions.
Leading the project from commercial property developer, Highbridge Properties, is founding director, Guy Marsden. Guy and the team have built up an enviable reputation of delivering successful office parks, including the UK’s largest office park, Cobalt, in North Tyneside. To date, Highbridge Properties has developed over 12 million sq. ft of new commercial office space.
